1. Agreement

By accessing or using VolField ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

VolField is a web-based options analysis platform that provides gamma exposure (GEX) data, market regime detection, key level identification, and AI-generated market reports. The Service is offered in free and paid tiers.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute data from the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and data presented through VolField is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Not Financial Advice

The Service provides informational and educational content only. Nothing on VolField constitutes investment advice, trading recommendations, or a solicitation to buy or sell securities. See our Disclaimer for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the Service. Your use of VolField is at your own risk.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
